Scheduling

Tournaments for 12-144 players can be scheduled. Food and Beverage menus are also available.
Shotguns are available daily. All shotguns will start 1 1/2 hours after daybreak (7:30 A.M.).You must have at least 120 players to hold a shotgun start.

Rates

18 hole tournament- Mon. through Thursday $68.00 per player 18 hole tounament- Fri. through Sunday $72.00 per player

9 hole tournament Mon. through Thursday $45.50 per player 9 hole tounament- Fri. through Sunday $50.50 per player

18 Hole Rates Include: Green fees Cart $15.00 gift certificate for merchandise Range balls Pro Link GPS System, "Score Master" available Yardage Card

9 Hole Rates Include: Green fee Cart $8.00 gift certificate for merchandise Range balls Pro Link GPS System, "Score Master" available Yardage Card

Leagues- Mon. through Thursday after 4:00 pm $24.00 plus tax.

This includes 9 hole green fees, cart and GPS.

Should your group require additional prizes, gift certificates may be purchased in the Pro Shop for green fee or merchandise.

Tournament Payment

Tournament and league fees must be paid in full one week in advance or the event will be automatically cancelled. At that time, an exact number of players must be confirmed. No refunds for players who fail to show on the day of play.

Starting Times:

Starting times for tournaments will not be issued before noon. Events must be coordinated through the Head Golf Professional. An accurate list of players (pairings sheet) must be provided to the starter one hour prior to the first tee time. Available starting times for leagues will be determined by the Professional Staff.

Pace of Play:

All players must maintain a pace of two hours and sixteen minutes for 9 holes and four hours and twenty one minutes for 18 holes. Groups delaying play will be asked to catch up or skip a hole if necessary. Further problems may result in removal from the golf course and cancellation of further events.

Inclement Weather:

If the golf course closes due to weather, we can reschedule to a later date if possible. If not, refunds will be issued by Commerce City check within 21 days. During inclement weather, if the course is playable, the rain check policy will be in effect.

Should your group require additional prizes, gift certificates may be purchased in the Golf Shop for green fees or merchandise.
