Course Information
Twin Peaks Golf Course, located 40 minutes north of Denver in Longmont, is a Frank Hummel design that opened for play in 1977. Twin Peaks Golf Course offers breath taking views of Rocky Mountain National Park. The course ranges from 5861 yards at the forward tees to 6810 yards from the championship tees. With elevated green and water on seven of the holes, Twin Peaks Golf Course will offer enjoyment and challenging golf to players of all abilities.

Normal Reservations
Reservations can be made 7 days in advance for any group of two to four players. Fees as applicable. Singles are not permitted to make reservations, however they may be booked with a three-some or, advised to come as a walk-on to be placed on a standby/waiting list. Reservations for tee times will be accepted beginning at 6:00 p.m. daily, April through September, 4:00 p.m. daily October through March. Policies and Rules
Sunset Golf Club does not allow metal spikes, soft spikes are required all year and can be purchased at the golf shop. All food and beverages must be purchased on site. Children under the age of seven years old are not permitted on the golf course under any circumstance. Ages seven yrs. to eleven yrs. may play if accompanied by an adult who is 18 yrs. or older. No practicing on the course. Proper golf attire is required. Tank tops and cut-offs are not allowed on the course. Replace all divots and repair all ball marks. Players must be 18 or older to rent a golf cart. All players must have their own bag and set of clubs while playing. Rental clubs are available in the Golf Shop. Players are responsible for any damage to the golf course, carts, equipment, or adjacent homes. Sunset Golf Club does not have a lightning detection system. All patrons are strongly advised to seek shelter if lightning or dangerous weather is in the area. Rake bunkers after use. Private coolers are not allowed on the course. All players are required to keep pace with the group in front of them. Pace of play shall be no longer than 4:20 for 18 holes, slow play will not be tolerated. Please observe cart etiquette and directional signs at all times. Pin placement is as follows: Red- front of green, White- middle of green, Blue- back of green. Out of bounds is defined by white stakes, perimeter fences, and perimeter roads. Red stakes denote lateral hazards, yellow stakes define water hazards. Green stakes are used for cart traffic control only. Ball shall be played as lies. Possessing of range balls will forfiet playing privileges. The marshall has the authority to enforce all rules. The professional staff at Sunset Golf Club is experienced in tournament administration. We are able to accomodate most requests and provide most at no extra charge. We are also able to offer full food and beverage service as well as dining at your option. Fees as follow;
All packages include proximity markers, score sheets and scoring services, personalized car assignments and tournament scoring cards. Shotgun starts are available and start at 7:30 a.m. Mon.-Friday. Tee time start for smaller events are available at anytime. please call the golf shop for more details at 303-772-1722. Tournament reservations can be made up to 15 days prior to event and is available to any player/group. Minimum 20 players with a maximum of 100 players. Tournaments are scheduled on a space availability basis. Golf Classes

Directions
From metro-Denver on I-25 go north and use exit 240, proceed west approximately 10 miles to Main Street. Turn north for about 2 miles, until 9th avenue, then turn west on 9th avenue and proceed to Huron, then turn right for about 1/2 mile, turn west on Mountain View and proceed for about 1/2 mile.
